Real Klikol support:

Is linked from this site and from Settings → Help Center
Uses @klikol.com email if we write to you
Never asks for the SMS code, wallet “seed”, or remote-control apps

Fake support often:

Messages you first in a random chat
Uses a lookalike handle (Klikol_Team, klikol-help)
Sends a link that is not klikol.com or support.klikol.com

This public site never needs your password (you do not have one) and never needs your SMS code.
