Delivery is for sending a parcel or ordering something nearby. It uses the map the same way Ride does.

Tips

Confirm size and fragile items in the chat before pickup.
Take a photo of the packed item in the thread if the other person agrees.
Disputes: use in-app report tools and keep the thread. Do not move the conversation to a private number on day one.
